Religious Education Program Registration 2026-27

We are glad that your child(ren) will be joining us in the St. Dennis Church Religious Education Program! Submit this form by May 31, 2026 to receive the early registration discount! After August 9, 2026 registrations will be considered late and tuition costs will increase further. If you are new to our parish, please note that by completing this form you will also be registering for St. Dennis Parish. Please select your child's grade for Religious Ed. Students in the Sacrament Prep (First Reconciliation and First Eucharist) class should also register for Religious Ed with their grade. Students in grades 3-8 who have not had regular Religious Education classes should register for Religion Readiness only. Only qualified students will be permitted in all Sacrament Prep classes. The DRE will contact you if your child is assigned to a different class.

		Registration is not complete until you pay the tuition and fees. On or before May 31, 2026 the tuition is: 1 child $75, 2 children $125, 3 or more $200. On or before August 9, 2026 the tuition is: 1 child $100, 2 children $200, 3 or more $250. After August 9, 2026 registration is considered late and tuition increases: 1 child $175, 2 children $275, 3 or more $300. In addition, there is a $100 fee per student in the Sacrament Prep class and a $150 fee per student in the Confirmation Prep class. Payment may be made in-person at the Religious Education Office, or by mailing a check (instructions will be in the confirmation email).
